1. Agreement
These terms apply to the Zero Contact app, provided by Tostorif Apps (“we”). By using the app you agree to them. They work together with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula); if they conflict, these terms apply where the law allows.
2. What Zero Contact is — and isn’t
Zero Contact is a self-help and habit tool for keeping no contact or healthy distance after a breakup. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, a diagnosis or a crisis service, and it does not replace professional help. If you are in danger, thinking about harming yourself or others, or experiencing abuse, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately (findahelpline.com).
3. The AI coach
- The coach is an artificial intelligence that runs on your device. It is not a person, therapist or doctor and it can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate.
- It is designed to help only with your breakup, no contact and the app’s tools. It will not help you contact, monitor or win back another person.
- Do not rely on it for medical, psychological, legal, financial or safety decisions. You are responsible for what you decide and do.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the app.
5. Acceptable use
Use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not use it to harass, monitor or contact anyone who doesn’t want contact. Emergency Mode only restricts apps on your own device, with your permission.
6. Subscriptions and purchases
- Zero Contact Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly and yearly) and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- The free version may show ads. Content you have already created is never locked behind Pro.
7. Your content
What you write stays on your device, or in your private iCloud if you enable sync. You own it. We cannot access or recover it if you delete the app or lose your device.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its design, lessons and texts belong to us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control.
9. Availability
Some features depend on Apple services or on your device — for example Apple Intelligence for the coach, Screen Time for Emergency Mode and iCloud for sync. We may change, add or remove features, and we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app or the AI coach. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
11. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if the app is misused in breach of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
